Here at Inkanyezi Talent Development, we’re committed to investing our expertise and resources in order to further achieve our cause. We understand the challenges our young South Africans face. The majority of South African schools are under resourced and have fewer infrastructures for learners; even for learners who are gifted to excel academically. Now think about those who have different gifts, and talents, such as in sports, music and many more but are not good academically. Is the end of life for them? If we do not unite and stand for them, a lot of talent may end up in streets, jail, not recognized and even never discovered. We say every young persons who fail class activities have different talents in which they can excel and be stars. We need to support them in their variety of gifts. Just imagine what we can achieve together!
WHO WE ARE
Our Objectives
Inkanyezi Talent Development is established to provide mentoring, develop skills in art, currently based around eThekwini District. The organisation will create partnership with other local stakeholders in developing the talent and for financial support. Our main objective is to:
Discover young talents that need efficient development within the eThekwini District by providing sufficient support to youth from under resourced communities, schools, and streets.
Provide musical and talent developing mentorship for individuals and groups that have been found in need.
Create a platform for upcoming talented individuals and groups to perform their artistic skills though entertainment events.
Reduce crime and substance abuse within the city and townships by ensuring that more people participate in our programmes and they are keep them away from doing wrong in the streets and townships.
Provide financial support to all individuals and groups that have promising talent.
Making A Difference
GOAL
With this initiative, our goal is to promote great opportunities for those in need. Inkanyezi Youth short term goal is to focus on Youth in eThekwini Metro but have a long-term goal in operating provincial and national level in helping young blood to sustain and nature their talent. With our organization’s mission always in mind, we strive to find new strategies for dealing with this challenge. Inkanyezi vision is to collaborate with other stakeholders in the Music industry to create a better environment for Youth in this South Africa. Explore to other institution in future, such as Universities & Prisons etc, where the organisation can help young people to nature they Art.

Be responsible to empower Youth in establishing their goals.
Expand awareness of possibility in young people who lost hopeand provide exclusive support to them for a radicular change of behaviour.
Establish strong network with our stakeholders in promoting young talent.
Provide effective mentorship and training that will create, increase a successful communication.
